Mortgage Calculator - Instructions for use (Joint Applicant)

Joint mortgage applicants should complete both input text boxes labelled 'applicant one salary' and 'applicant two salary' with their yearly wage (in Pounds Sterling, £). The values submitted should not be separated by a comma (e.g. 10,000), but should simply take the form of numbers (e.g. 10000). Once complete, the user should click the calculate button within the calculator, and the mortgage calculator will return values to the lower-most text boxes. Joint applicants should use the value returned in the 'joint applicant total advance' text box as their estimated maximum loan amount. The mortgage calculator offers only an estimate to the maximum loan amount, and should not be seen as an exact figure Shore Thing Mortgages, or any other mortgage lender is willing to offer.

Mortgage Calculator - Instructions for use (Single Applicant)

Single applicants should take note of instructions highlighted in the previous paragraph, but should only submit their yearly salary into the 'applicant one salary' text box. Once the 'calculate' button is submitted, the mortgage calculator should return the estimated total advance for a single applicant into the lower-most text box, which is labelled accordingly. Single applicants should ignore the value which the mortgage calculator submits into the 'joint applicant estimated advance' box. onc again, the mortgage calculator offers only an estimate to the maximum loan amount, and should not be seen as an exact figure Shore Thing Mortgages, or any other mortgage lender is willing to offer.
